January 7, 2009 – Galantis, Inc., a leading provider of Enterprise Content Management (ECM) solutions announced today that it has signed an IBM/FileNet ValueNet partnership agreement with IBM for North America.

“Galantis has had a long and very productive partnership with IBM/FileNet in North America and in Russia”, said Dmitry Chernykh, Ph. D. and Chairman of Galantis. “We are now extending this relationship into ValueNet Partner status in North America. Our customers will be able now to have Galantis as a single point of contact for IBM/FileNet licensing, and consulting and professional services. This translates into building better solutions faster”.

Galantis has been an IBM/FileNet Service Provider in North America since 1999, has been since April, 2006 the only solution provider in Russia with a ValueNet partner status and a license to resell FileNet products in all of CIS states, including Russia, Ukraine, Belarus and eight other countries.
